How Do I Get Removed From the Mailing List?

If you merely wish to take yourself off of the mailing list, you may do this manually by logging into the site, go to "My Account" tab, and then click on "E-mail Preferences." You can change any or all the E-mail Preferences to "No" then click Update E-mail Preferences.

 

How Do I Remove My Billing Information?

You may also remove your billing information manually. Go to My Account tab, and then click on Billing Info. You can delete any or all saved credit cards from your account.

Refresh your browser and your "Remaining Time" will show the minutes that you purchased.

The wrong amount was deducted from my credit card, how do I correct this?

This may have happened because the incorrect Time Package was chosen and purchased or after the purchase was made, you clicked the BACK button on your browser which would cause a duplicate purchase.Please CONTACT US and explain the problem. What forms of payment do you accept online?

When making a purchase while on the website, we accept major credit cards, Visa and Mastercard Debit cards, and when you select Alternate Payment Methods we accept Major Brand Gift Cards, and the One Vanilla Visa card (not to be confused with Vanilla Visa card). I received Error Number 9025: You currently have more than 100 paid minutes in your account. Why did this happen?

When you receive error 9025 it is because you have 100 or more Minutes Remaining in your account. You cannot purchase more time until your Minutes Remaining fall below 30 minutes. This is a feature that was installed for your account protection

Visa and MasterCard Gift Cards:

Do you accept Pre-Paid Debit Cards?

Visa and MasterCard Gift Cards can be used on our site. Some Visa and MasterCard Gift Cards require that you register the card with the same Zip Code as your billing address. You will need to call the phone number on the reverse side of the Gift Card to register the Zip Code. After you have registered the Zip Code please retry your purchase and use that registered Zip Code when entering your card information when making your purchase on our site.

We also accept Major Brand Gift Cards like Walmart, Starbucks, Best Buy and many more. To use a Major Brand Gift Card, On the Step 1: Choose Your Package page select Pay With Any Major Brand Gift Card.

We also accept Vanilla Visa. The card must say Vanilla Visa and not Vanilla. These cards can be purchased at most CVS, Walgreens, Rite Aid and other stores.
